With Kelly’s coaching and holistic approach, and working closely with my Naturopath, I was completely off them by the 2nd month! Over the course of one year, I steadily lost 10 kg and kept it off, all my blood readings came down to much healthier levels and stabilised. My diet completely changed. “The Wellness Retreat Kelly organized and conducted in Macau was such a great experience of what healthy life is all about. It's truly from the inside out!
