Here are some of my favourite recipes so far. They have been inspired, concocted, handed down, tried and tested or tweaked to adapt to my tastebuds, dietary needs and methods. I always try and strive to use whole food ingredients, upgrading the nutrient value of each dish as I go along. I hope these recipes will inspire you to try them out, to create and make your own favourite versions too. The best thing with recipes is you can forever tweak them!
